Stephen A. Smoot

Stephen A. Smoot has worked in public policy, economic development, and higher education for most of the past twenty years. His publishing credits include Human Events, the State Journal, Townhall.com, GateHouse Media, The Daily Caller, and other outlets. Smoot earned his PhD studying American, Eastern European, and Appalachian history at West Virginia University in 2011.
