Author Kati Rose has always said, “I just want to write a book.”

Little Women, Laura Ingalls Wilder, one creative writing assignment, and a supportive teacher all inspired Kati to write—an outlet which provides her with a sense of belonging, a feeling of alignment, and the place where she turns real life into words with intimate candor.

When she’s not writing, Kati loves spending time with her children, grandchildren, her husband who doubles as best friend, and their movie star cats, Dakota (Fanning) and Tatum (O’Neal).
