Wanda T. Wallace

Dr. Wanda Wallace, managing partner of Leadership Forum LLC, coaches, facilitates, and speaks on improving leadership by enhancing the quality of conversations. She specializes in helping women and men get to the top, stick there, and thrive. She hosts a weekly podcast called Out of the Comfort Zone. Her last book is You Can’t Know It All: Leading in the Age of Deep Expertise. She is currently working on a study with Darren Overfield on how to create truly connected, high-performing teams. She completed her PhD and BA at Duke University and taught for several years at Fuqua School of Business at Duke.
