Beverly Hills Noir author, Scott Huver, has covered the inner workings of Beverly Hills, the entertainment industry, and the Los Angeles–area elite for over three decades. He began as a police and crime reporter for a local Beverly Hills newspaper and as the coauthor of the book Inside Rodeo Drive: The Stores, the Stars, the Story.
