I started ‘Mitch Motivates’ after noticing the need for experienced, independent experts in the recovery community. I have been in recovery since 2006, when I was only 19 years old. I have been doing this for over 17 years and am a leader and expert in my field.
On top of that, I am Chief Operations Officer and Chief Motivator for Neinstein Plastic Surgery, working with my mentor and world-renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Ryan Neinstein.
I have been in the New York Times for owning my home, The New York Post for sober dating, and countless podcasts sharing my recovery story. I am about to run my 7th Marathon for the Release Recovery Foundation. I spend my free time with family or my goldendoodle Mazel, like Tov.
My alma mater is Rutgers, and my sober alma mater is the Caron Foundation, both have bookstores.
