Ken Valentine retired from the United States Secret Service in 2020 as the Special Agent in Charge of the Dignitary Protective Division in the Office of Protective Operations. His career on the Presidential Protective Detail spanned ten years and three presidencies. He and Sandra have been married thirty-one years and have five amazing children. Since his retirement from the Secret Service, Ken has served on the board of directors at The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children where he chairs the Operations & Law Enforcement Committee. Ken is also a certified leadership trainer through Pointman Leadership Institute, teaches a community group class at The Church at Brook Hills, and serves on the board of directors at The WellHouse home for human trafficking victims. He holds an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and a law degree from Mississippi College.
