Kane Sarhan builds places where people feel better—a funny job for a guy who once ran on a half-pack of cigarettes and two sugar-free Red Bulls for breakfast. He is the co-founder and chief creative officer of THE WELL, a global community reimagining how we live, work, and heal, across clubs, residences, and offices. Kane grew up in rural Michigan and got his start in New York behind a bar, working his way into hospitality and eventually becoming head of brand at SH Hotels & Resorts, where he helped launch 1 Hotels & Homes and Baccarat Hotels & Residences. Along the way, he also co-founded Enstitute, a nonprofit rethinking higher education through apprenticeships, earning an Echoing Green Fellowship and a place on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. He hosts the podcast WELL/BEING, and his work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fast Company, Vogue, CNN, and PBS. Well Enough is his first book.
