Born in 1976, Ian Hamilton Trottier is a fourth-generation San Francisco Bay Area native and a 1999 graduate of Oregon. Over the years, Trottier has made significant contributions as an entrepreneur, community organizer, and has been an outspoken advocate for the everyday citizen.
In 2007, he founded iPark, a company focused on parking solutions, which he later sold the namesake to Imperial Parking (NYC) in 2011.
Trottier’s passion for discourse and truth led him to create the Discussions of Truth podcast in 2016, which gained attention for its candid discussions on politics, society, and personal empowerment. He subsequently ran as a candidate for the United States House of Representatives in Florida’s District 27 in 2018.
In 2020, Trottier was singled out of a private setting in Doral, FL and labelled a “prizefighter” by President Donald Trump. This was in relation to the networking he had done to elevate the message of a Google whistleblower.
As a firm advocate for our Constitutional Republic, in the last two decadesTrottier has worked and lived coast to coast across the United States, including California, South Carolina, Florida, and Montana, where he champions the cause of the “hoi polloi”—the common people—through his advocacy and activism.
