Elizabeth McCourt
Elizabeth McCourt is an internationally recognized executive and leadership coach who helps leaders uncover their purpose and potential. After a winding career that took her from Wall Street to law school to waitressing to fifteen years in financial recruiting, she discovered coaching and never looked back. McCourt is a coach in Executive and MBA leadership programs at INSEAD and works with executives across industries and continents. A triathlete, world traveler, and lifelong learner, she holds a JD with a certificate in natural resources law, an MFA in creative writing, and several advanced coaching certifications. McCourt is a TEDx speaker and graduate of the University of Maryland. She splits her time between the East End of Long Island and wherever her work and curiosity take her.
